The following review contains spoilers. If you have not yet read Hero, then continue at your own risk. Click the button below to view.
Hero is without a doubt the most revealing book of the three. Within its pages you get to really understand what Scott is going through, and understanding why it is he feels compelled to stay a Nightman instead of walking away. His inner struggles become clear and he becomes a new person.
But what Hero also does, is reveal that there are deeper sides to people that you didnt expect. That there are secrets that each character has and what happens when they either get exposed or almost exposed.
Then there is the Eden Command. In the first two books there was a lot of speculation and hinting at things, but in Hero there are many more details added in and while nothing is given away, your mind tolls away, tring to figure it out and making you thirtsy for more information.
Hero also starts to tie the world of the Eden Command with the world of Novosibirsk, which could lead to consequences that may win or lose the war for earth.
It is a page turner and an addicting read that makes you want to pick up the next book to find out more. I loved it.
